Thank you Lord for loving us enough to send your Son to die for us. Sunrise service and then time with all the family eating lots of food and hunting literally thousands of eggs! We are truly blessed!

I can't believe my baby is one! Where did time go??? What an amazing year it has been. I never knew I could love someone so much! He is so smart and funny, full of love and laughter! Here are some pictures from his Barnyard Bash!

Pumpkin Patch

We visited the Pumpkin Village at the Dallas Arboretum! It was awesome and I see it becoming an annual trip. I just wish it hadn't been so warm...didn't feel a bit like fall. There was a small petting zoo...William had a blast!

We went with Papa, Gran and Kaanon to the pumpkin patch in Denison. At both pumpkin patches William seemed way more interested in the the hay than the pumpkins!

10 months!

10 months...WOW! I can't believe it! We didn't go to the doctor this month but according to my scale he weighs 22.4 lbs. He got 2 new teeth this month...he now has 2 on top and 3 on bottom! It's amazing how quickly he picks up on things...it seems like he learns something new everyday! He learned two new words this month...bye bye and da da. I'm pretty sure he's refusing to say ma ma just to drive me crazy cause everytime I say ma ma he just starts laughing! He learned how to clap his hands, play peek-a-boo, wave and say bye bye and the most exciting one....signal a touchdown. I have to say I am very proud of him...he is such a smart boy! There were lots of first this month...first Halloween, pumpkin patch, hayride, etc. It has been an exciting month!!! Of course we also had our first ER visit as well...he decided he needed to eat a refrigerator magnet. He was choking and we got the magnet out but he kept coughing and gagging so since he always puts things in his mouth by the handfull I thought he might have actually swallowed one so we went to get an x-ray. It turns out he didn't swallow it...thank goodness!!! He's fearless and into everything...I'm afraid that won't be his last visit but I'm praying it is! William also got to watch his first World Series and it just happened to be the first time the Rangers were there...we were both very excited! :)

9 months!

My sweet little boy is growing up so fast! He weighs 21 lbs 5 oz and is 28 3/4 inches tall. He is so active that he is thinning up a lot! He crawls all over the place and is fast enough to run away from me. He pulls himself up on everything and walks around the house holding onto the furniture...I expect him to take of walking anyday. The boy is fearless...he superman dives off the couch (don't worry we hold his feet) he gets into and destroys everything and he falls several times a day! He now has 3 teeth! Dr. Naylor says he's perfect (of course I already knew that) and she says he is way ahead developmentally. He got to go to his first concert this month...Veggie Tales!!! He loves music and he loves to dance so he had a blast! He is so much fun and I fall more in love with him every day!!!

Another first for Will...and Momma

This is kinda random but I've documented all the other first in Will's life, like his first tooth, first snow, first Cowboy game so I thought I should document this too. Today was Will's first earthquake!!! You heard me right...an earthquake in Texas. Actually it was in Norman, Ok but we felt it here. It was the craziest thing...I put Will in his exersaucer and went back to my room. I heard Emma and Gabby barking like crazy and all of the sudden the whole house shook. I thought it was odd, I listened and I didn't hear anything so I knew it wasn't a sonic boom but I had no idea what it was. It never crossed my mind that it could be an earthquake...but that's what it was...Will didn't even notice! :)
